| Hi there. My name is Alex Teasdale, and I have been coaching sports for over 10 years, and am an England Hockey qualified level 2 coach. I began coaching hockey in 1996 as a junior, and took my first coaching qualification in 1998. I studied Sports Development at University in Cheltenham. I began coaching full time after graduating, and since them I have coached in a variety of schools, universities, clubs and with individuals During my time coaching, I have coached many sports including football and swimming, and I am also a qualified Fencing Instructor. My past coaching work includes implementation of hockey in primary and secondary schools, state and private, head coach of a London University Ladies section, and more recently I am head coach of a local club side of 5 ladies teams, and their junior section over 150 children. In December 2006 I was lucky enough to begin working with England Hockey, and have recently become a Project Officer. My coaching work continues around my "day job", and I can been seen on an astroturf most evenings and weekends. I also play National League Hockey for Staines.

Emma has been involved in coaching and playing sport from a young age, and followed this passion by studying sport through GCSE and A Level and then on to a Sports Studies degree at De Montfort University. Emma has experience as welfare contact for Amersham & Chalfont HC and also runs the Junior Section at the club. Emma has played hockey since age 11 and last year completed her VRQ Level 1 Hockey Coaching Award. Emma works for England Hockey as a Development Officer, helping schools and clubs across her counties develop and grow; supporting them with their Sport England Club Mark Accreditation. Emma can be seen playing indoor and outdoor for Amersham & Chalfont and coaching ACHC Juniors most weeks
